EC grad part of national champion college volleyball team

(UNIONTOWN, PA) – A recent East Central graduate is part of a national champion volleyball team.

Molly Masterson graduated high school earlier this year and is now a member of the UC-Clermont team. 

The team defeated rival Kent State-Tuscarawas to claim the 2025 USCAA Women’s Division II Volleyball Championship. The game was played in Pennsylvania and UC Clermont was ranked #1 the entire season.

Despite being a freshman, Masterson was a big contributor as she earned numerous digs, kills and aces this year.
