Switzerland Co. golfer sets new school record

(VEVAY, Ind.) – A Switzerland County golfer set a new program record on Tuesday night. 

Senior Alexis Mangold shot a 1-under-par 35 last night at Sportsman’s Golf Course to set a new Pacers girls golf individual scoring record. 

“Earlier this season, Alexis tied the previous record with a 37. Last night, she took the record for herself,” Switzerland County athletic director Joseph Culbreath. 

The Pacers team finished with a score of 171 with Brinley Bear, Payton Stow, Paige Gregry and Raven Ashcraft having successful performances.
