Fla. sheriff offers jobs for TSA agents

(POLK CO., Fla.) - A Florida sheriff is trying to recruit TSA agents to his department. 

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd made light of the federal shutdown by saying his employees never miss a paycheck.

He added that the department will give TSA agents or anyone with law enforcement training a $20,000 bonus.

Judd is well-known for his "tell-it-like-it-is" demeanor, viral press conferences, and strict law-and-order approach.
