Former EC star named First-Team All-American

(CINCINNATI) – A former East Central standout has received a huge postseason honor. 

Mount St. Joseph football player Eli Aston has been named a First-Team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association.

Aston led his conference in all receiving yards and was also second nationally for touchdowns and third nationally for receiving yards. 

The All-American award comes just days after Aston announced that he entered the transfer portal with two years of eligibility remaining.
