Former WWE wrestler, motivational speaker coming to South Dearborn

Open to all community members

(AURORA, Ind.) –  A former boxer and WWE wrestler will be visiting South Dearborn to spread his inspirational message.

Marc Mero is now a motivational speaker who travels the country bringing an anti-bullying and uplifting message to students.

The event is open to all community members and will be held at South Dearborn High School at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5.

Mero grew up in a single-parent home in Buffalo and had to overcome many obstacles to reach his goal of becoming a WCW and WWE Wrestling Champion. He even fought against Steve Austin.

He admits that he reached the pinnacle of athletic success, however lost it all to bad choices.

Mero wants to use his life experiences to change lives for the better.

His inspirational videos have been seen by millions, and his influence both online and on stage is worldwide.

The event is sponsored by the Dearborn County Health Department, Aurora Public Library District, and Dearborn County CASA.
