Expected to start around 4 p.m. Wednesday

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Another winter-like storm will move into Southeast Indiana later today.
Rain is possible starting around 4 p.m. and that could transition to sleet or freezing rain for some.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution as it could lead to some slick conditions on untreated roads, bridges and overpasses.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been declared for areas north of I-74 including Franklin, Fayette and Union counties from this afternoon until Thursday morning.
Temperatures are expected to drop to around 33 degrees around 8 p.m. and then rise back up to around 45 degrees around midnight.
The increase in temperatures will transition any precipitation back to rain and its possible that we could also hear some thunder.
Chad Gutzwiller with Weather Wave says he can’t rule out some small hail, especially in Northern Kentucky.
Gutzwiller says there is a possibility for a wintery-type storm system in the middle part of next week.
