(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A new fine-dining experience in Lawrenceburg will celebrate their ribbon cutting next week.
Giulettta’s Italian Ristorante is a unique destination that offers handmade pastas, regional Italian influences, perfectly-charred steaks, and elevated hospitality.
The restaurant was founded by Anthony and Collin Schroder who both traveled extensively throughout Italy to bring the vision to life.
For the past two years, they learned directly from Italian chefs and restaurateurs and have collaborated with designers, architects and hospitality professionals to bring the authentic experience of Verona, Italy to Southeast Indiana.
Giulettta’s opened several months ago but hasn’t been seeking any promotion.
They intentionally operated it quietly in an effort to perfect recipes, service standards, operations, and the overall guest experience.
"Opening day wasn't our finish line—it was our starting point. We spent these first months listening to guests, refining every detail, and making sure the experience lived up to the vision,” Anthony said.
Collin added, “The response has exceeded our expectations, and we're excited to officially welcome even more people through our doors. The philosophy was simple: earn the attention before asking for it.”
The community is welcome to a ribbon cutting which will be held in partnership with the City of Lawrenceburg at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14.
The restaurant is located in the historic Italianate building at 119 Short Street and they have welcomed more than 15,500 guests so far.
