Giulettta’s Italian Ristorante in Lawrenceburg celebrates opening
(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the newest fine-dining restaurant in Southeast Indiana on Tuesday.
Giulettta’s Italian Ristorante is an Italian-inspired destination that offers handmade pastas, regional Italian influences, perfectly-charred steaks, Italian wines and elevated hospitality.
The restaurant was founded by Anthony and Collin Schroder who both traveled extensively throughout Italy to bring the vision to life.
“This was our vision all along to bring the very best of Italian restaurants across the world right here to Lawrenceburg," Anthony said.
From every ingredient in each meal, to even the photos on the wall, the owners have worked tirelessly to bring the most authentic Italian-dining experience to the area.
Giuletta’s has been in operation for several months and has already welcomed 15,000 guests.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was intentionally delayed a few months in an effort to fine-tune their recipes, service standards, operations, and the overall guest experience.
"Opening day wasn't our finish line—it was our starting point. We spent these first months listening to guests, refining every detail, and making sure the experience lived up to the vision,” Anthony added.
The restaurant is located in a building that dates back to the 1800's and used to be a bank. They even converted the old bank safe into a wine cellar.
Another unique aspect of the restaurant is the upstairs dining area is available for private parties. There is also a balcony on the second floor.
Giuletta’s is located at 119 Short Street and you can get more information by clicking here.
