(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A 3-year-old Greensburg boy got a big birthday surprise on Saturday.
Dakota Reed loves big trucks and his mother had asked the community if one could drive by his party.
That’s when Whitewater Motor Company heard about the request.
Will Scudder works there and wanted to get involved but wasn’t content with just bringing one truck.
He rounded up his buddies and there was a convoy outside of the party in Greensburg on Saturday.
It brought tears of joy from several members of Dakota’s family.
The group of friends also brought birthday gifts and celebrated with the family after the parade.
The friends are recent high school graduates from Dearborn and Ripley counties. Several members of the truck convoy also went to North Carolina to help hurricane victims this past fall.
