Happy Valley Bluegrass Festival taking place this weekend

(PEPPERTOWN, Ind.) – Music fans from across the region will spend the weekend at the Happy Valley Bluegrass Festival.
Mike Schwegman created the two-day festival 35 years ago and it has grown over the years.
Attendees not only enjoy music but also camping and family-fun activities.
It kicks off at 4 p.m. Friday with performances from The Graswaters, John Wise, Andrew Hibbard, Blue Moon, Bourbon Revival and My Brother’s Keeper.
On Saturday, the music begins at noon and there will be a new band nearly every hour. It will be capped off by Grammy-winning bluegrass fiddler Michael Cleveland.
It takes place between Oldenburg and Peppertown at 5104 Schwegman Road in Batesville
