Holton girl finishes 3rd in state archery tournament

(INDIANAPOLIS) – A Holton resident had a huge accomplishment at the Indiana State Archery Tournament on Saturday. 

Grace Stratton is a seventh grader at St. Mary’s School in North Vernon and has shot archery since she was in third grade. 

Stratton finished 3rd best in the entire state in the middle school girls division.

The top score that is possible for each archer is 300 and Stratton shot a 285! That was a career-best score for her as well.
