Jennings County Middle School sweeps Tri-County tournament

(NORTH VERNON, Ind.) – Jennings County Middle School swept the Tri-County Volleyball Tournament on Saturday. 

It is the first time since 2021 that both the Panthers 7th and 8th grade teams won the tournament the same year.

Jennings County seventh graders won the trophy after defeating Columbus Central and Columbus Northside. 

The Panther eighth graders won after beating Columbus Central and Seymour. 

The Jennings County seventh grade team is coached by Chelsea Fields and the eighth grade team is coached by Caitlin Miller.
