Laurel Fire Department seeking new volunteers

(LAUREL, Ind.) – Do you live near Laurel and want to help your neighbors when it matters most?

The Laurel Fire Department is hoping to add some additional volunteer firefighters and no experience is needed. 

“We provide all training and equipment, and we understand that many people simply have questions before making any commitments, so lets talk,” the department said. 

Laurel Fire has fire stations in Laurel and Andersonville.

Reaching out to the department does not obligate you to anything. 

“We’re happy to answer questions, explain what involvement looks like, and give you the opportunity to decide if this is something you’d like to pursue,” they said.
