Lawrenceburg car wash to donate funds to Special Olympics on Friday

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A Lawrenceburg car wash is partnering with the local Special Olympics on Friday. 

Tidal Wave will donate 50 percent of their proceeds to the Special Olympics of Ripley, Ohio and Dearborn counties. 

The company hosts this annual charity day in an effort to give back to local charities and nonprofits. 

Special Olympics Indiana – Ripley Ohio Dearborn Counties will receive half the proceeds made at this Lawrenceburg location on Friday. 

The remaining 50 percent of proceeds will be donated to the company’s longtime corporate partner, Annandale Village, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing progressive life assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. 

Tidal Wave is located at 1150 West Eads Parkway and hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The company has donated over $2 million to charitable organizations over the past 16 years.
