Lawrenceburg native Nick Goepper announces engagement

(ASPEN, CO.) – Lawrenceburg native and three-time Olympic medalist Nick Goepper is engaged. 

Goepper announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Corrinn Childs on Wednesday night. 

It comes just before Goepper heads to Italy to compete as Indiana’s only representative for Team USA in the Milano Winter Olympics. 

The 31-year-old won bronze in 2014 and silver in 2018 and 2022 before retiring from freeskiing. 

He has reinvented himself and qualified for the U.S. men’s halfpipe team where he earned his fourth Olympic trip earlier this month.

The Milano Winter Olympics begins on February 6.
