South Dearborn finished in second place
(AURORA, Ind.) – Lawrenceburg was crowned champions of the annual Rivertown Cheer Competition on Saturday.
The Tigers were led by seniors Jada Kuhn, Mia Terrill-Todd, and Alison Myers
It was also a great accomplishment for first-year head oach Alivia Gill who gave all the credit to members of the team.
“These athletes have shown up and put so much time into working this routine. They definitely put their hearts into it. We couldn’t be any prouder of them,” Gill said.
The annual Rivertown Cheer Competition includes Lawrenceburg, South Dearborn, Rising Sun and Switzerland County, which are some of the only schools in Southeast Indiana that offer competitive cheerleading.
