Local couple's proposal video has 100K views on TikTok

(MOORES HILL, Ind.) – A Dearborn County couple got engaged over the weekend and their proposal video is popular on TikTok. 

Charlie Tedesco is employed with the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office and he was planning to propose to his girlfriend, Emma Pennington. 

Their families were gathered together for Mother’s Day and family members assisted with the engagement. 

They held giant ‘Marry Me’ letters on top of the hill overlooking a pond that Charlie and Emma were fishing at. 

He then popped the question and she said yes! 

The proposal video has received over 101,000 views as of Tuesday afternoon. You can watch it here.

It’s been an exciting week for Emma as she graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry on Friday and got engaged two days later.
