Man arrested after person shot in Seymour

(SEYMOUR, Ind.) – Seymour police have arrested a man following a shooting that occurred on Saturday.
Police were called to the 200 block of Vine Street after a person had been shot in the neck.
The victim was eventually taken to a Louisville hospital where his current condition is not known.
Investigators conducted interviews and obtained search warrants that resulted in evidence being located, the Seymour Police Department said.
57-year-old William McIntosh, of Seymour, was arrested on a preliminary charge of Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon.
The investigation is ongoing and police said more charges and arrests are possible.
