Meet 812 intern reporter Valerie Weston!

Jac-Cen-Del grad looks forward to sharing your story!

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – The 812 is very excited to introduce Valerie Weston as the newest member of our team! She will be serving as a reporter for us this summer!

The Greensburg resident graduated from Jac-Cen-Del in 2022 and is currently majoring in English at Ball State University. 

She has a strong interest in local community stories and how it can bring together our small, tight-knit communities.

“I am looking forward to meeting a lot of new people and sharing their stories this summer,”  Weston said. 

Valerie is extremely talented with a bright future and a big passion for our area! We are honored to have her this summer and encourage anyone who wants to share their story to reach out to Valerie.
