Milan's season comes to end at Semi-State

Here is when the Milan Indians took the field
(MILAN, Ind.) – The stands were packed in Milan as the Indians walked out onto the field for their first Semi-State game in 29 years on Friday night.
The Indians were underdogs against the Class 1A top-ranked South Putnam, however kept it a close 14-7 game in the first half.
South Putnam broke away in the third quarter to make it a score of 33-7 going into the fourth.
The final score was 40-7 bringing Milan’s impressive season to an end.
South Putnam will now face Pioneer in the IHSAA Class 1A State Championship on Friday.
