Mini-sessions to inform, inspire Decatur Co. parents

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Parents in Decatur County can receive real-wold information, connection and hope during upcoming mini-sessions. 

Decatur County Court Services will host ‘Operation Parent’ which empowers parents with topics ranging from caregiver role, technology, alcohol, nicotine, drugs, mental and emotional health, and risky behaviors. 

Light refreshments will be provided. Each night there will be an opportunity for a door prize for attendees and if you attend all the sessions, you will be entered into a raffle for a final prize at the end. 

The presenters will represent agencies including Department of Child Services, Indiana Treatment Center, Centerstone, and Juvenile Probation. 

“If you are a parent or a caregiver that is struggling or would just like to know more, please join us for Operation Parent,” said Gracie Maxwell-Shonk with Decatur County Court Services.
