(OLDENBURG, Ind.) – Oldenburg Academy volleyball coach Debbie Gregg has announced her retirement.
She has coached for 26 years and has led the Twisters program since 2019.
“I thank the many players whom I have coached over the years; I thank the supportive families, and I also thank all of those who have coached with me,” she said.
She noted that the first three seasons at OA had a 32-52 record while the last three seasons featured a 74-24 record.
Gregg also led Oldenburg’s annual Volley for Hope game where the program raised money for local families facing a difficult medical situation.
“I have enjoyed building the program, and I see such a bright future ahead. Through our summer camps and open gyms for the younger grades, I see so many girls developing their skills and finding a love of the game,” she added.
