(OSGOOD, Ind.) – The Town of Osgood has been awarded funding through Indiana’s Community Crossings Matching Grant (CCMG) program.
The funding will allow Osgood to make road and infrastructure improvements on the following streets:
• Maple Street – Fairground Ave. to Railroad Ave.
• Cherry Street – Maple St. to Walnut St.
• Beech Street – Maple St. to Walnut St.
• Cravens Street – Maple St. to Walnut St.
• Western Avenue – Maple St. to Walnut St.
• Railroad Avenue – Maple St. to Walnut St.
Some work that will be done include asphalt resurfacing, curb replacement, sidewalk improvements, ADA-compliant curb ramp, drainage upgrades, and some new street lighting.
The Town also received the CCMG grant last year and used it to make upgrades on West Fairground, Beech, Cravens and Railroad Avenue.
