Our Hospice earns 5-star rating for communication, patient care

(COLUMBUS, Ind.) – Our Hospice of South Central Indiana has received a 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

The award recognizes the feedback from patients and their families for Our Hospice’s communication, emotional and spiritual support, timely care and overall care experience. 

Our Hospice president Steph Cain said the award reflects the work of their staff. 

“Every day, they show up with compassion, skill and heart for patients and their loved ones  during some of life’s most important moments. This five-star rating reflects the care they provide and the  trust our community places in Our Hospice,” Cain said. 

Our Hospice has served patients and their loved ones across south central Indiana for 46 years, providing compassionate care focused on comfort, dignity and Making Every Moment Count. Services include  hospice care, inpatient care at Our Hospice Center, palliative care and bereavement support.
