Overturned semi closes U.S. 421 in Decatur County for 3 hours Friday

Was caused by another vehicle pulling out in front of semi

(SMYRNA, Ind.) – A vehicle that pulled out in front of a semi caused a crash on Friday morning in Decatur County, deputies said.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. on U.S. 421 at County Road 550 East between Napoleon and Greensburg.
Decatur County deputies say the semi went off the roadway and overturned after the other vehicle pulled out in front of it.
Deputies added that it was foggy conditions at the time of the accident.
The other vehicle was not involved in the crash and nobody was hurt. It resulted in U.S.421 being closed in both directions until it reopened around 12 p.m.
Agencies that worked the crash included the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, Napoleon Fire, Decatur County Communications and TDS Heavy Towing.
