(HARTSVILLE, Ind.) – The daylight has revealed more damage from the storms on Wednesday night.
The worst damage occurred in eastern Bartholomew County where a possible tornado caused damage to structures as well as downed power lines and trees.
A family on 350W near 700S reached out to us on Thursday morning with photos that show their old Sawmill building was destroyed.
The family said a neighbor of theirs spotted a tornado and they said they are lucky as it could have been worse.
In Hope, the storms did leave an impact at Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitators.
The building housing animals was spared as a few trees were knocked down.
A barn where they test rehabilitated birds to fly had the roof collapse. The nonprofit will have to pay for the unforeseen expenses and you can donate to them by clicking here.

Some families east of Hartsville are cleaning up after the storms caused some damage on their properties.
One family had a cedar tree uprooted and a trampoline, that was anchored into the ground, flung into a nearby field.
Others had some damage to a barn and a playset.
