(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – A portion of U.S. 52 between Brookville and Metamora will be closed for a few months.
Construction crews will be replacing a box culvert near Yellow Bank Road beginning after Friday, August 1.
INDOT officials say U.S. 52 will be closed until early October, weather permitting.
During the closure, drivers should use the official detour route which follows S.R. 121 to S.R. 44 to S.R. 101 back to U.S. 52.
It’s a $1.7M project and is being conducted by Morphey Construction.
