Prayer vigil for Lawrenceburg freshman on Friday

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A community prayer vigil will be held for a Lawrenceburg freshman on Friday, March 20.

Kate Buescher was involved in a golf cart accident in Hidden Valley and remains hospitalized with serious injuries. 

Students, staff and community members are invited to the vigil which will take place at 7 p.m. in the Lawrenceburg High School parking lot. 

The freshman is part of the Lawrenceburg Soccer family and is described as an adventure-seeking girl who is usually the most active person in the room. 

“Whether she’s sprinting down the soccer field, carving through the snow at Perfect North Slopes, or ready for the next beach day. Kate is a big-hearted friend who is always there,” friends said.
