(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – Do you live in Ripley County and have a loved one with special needs?
Ripley County 911 Communications has launched a special needs registry, which will provide dispatchers with critical information they can relay to first responders in the event of an emergency.
The online registry allows parents, guardians and caregivers to confidentially share vital information about their loved one.
“By completing the form, you can provide important details along with an address, so that in the event your loved one is located during an emergency, we have the necessary information and emergency contacts on file to ensure their safety,” said Ripley County Communications Director Kyla Dell.
You are also asked to provide an image of your loved one as well.
Anyone with questions or concerns are asked to contact Dell at 911director@ripleycounty.in.gov or Emilee Ratliff at eratliff@riplecounty.in.gov.
