(QUANTICO, VA.) – Ripley County Sheriff Rob Bradley was one of 22 sheriffs across the country to be selected for a national program.
Bradley attended the National Sheriffs’ Institute (NSI) Leadership Development course in Quantico, Virginia last week.
The free program allows sheriffs to assess their individual leadership strengths and define a clear leadership direction tailored to their unique roles as elected officials.
The NSI was first developed in the 1970s and is made possible through the National Institute of Corrections (NIC), U.S. Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Major County Sheriffs of America.
