Moderate risk for severe weather

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Severe weather is possible in Southeast Indiana later today. 

Storms will move into the area late this afternoon and have the potential for causing damage. Our area is currently under a 'moderate' risk for severe weather.

Forecasters say the main threats are damaging winds, hail and possible tornadoes. 

Some areas could also experience flooding. 

Following the storms, the weekend brings sunshine and temperatures in the 70’s.
