South Ripley's Rinear reaches 1,000th career point

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – A South Ripley senior had a milestone performance during a game on Tuesday. 

Kaiya Rinear scored her 1,000th career point and also had her 100th career steal. 

Her performance helped lead the Raiders to a 60-34 win over South Decatur. She will be recognized during a ceremony before the home game against Batesville on Saturday.

Rinear is the second Lady Raider to reach a milestone scoring record so far this young season. Read that story here.
