Collecting cash, nonperishable foods and other items.

(SUNMAN, Ind.) – The Sunman American Legion is currently collecting items for military units who are deploying overseas.
The legion is collecting cash, nonperishable foods and other items.
An example of some items including toiletries, hygiene products, baby powder, lip balms, wipes, sunblock, bug spray, deodorant, eye drops, hair ties, lotion and cards/small games.
Some food examples are beef jerky, trail mix, hard candy, gum, granola, protein bars, sunflower seeds, powder drink mix and tea bags.
The Sunman American Legion Post 337 is located at 412 Eastern Avenue.
