Tanglewood Baptist Legacy Fund offers grants for Ripley County nonprofits

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – A local church has a grant program for nonprofits who are making a difference in Ripley County.
The Tanglewood Baptist Legacy Fund is accepting applications for their second annual grant cycle. The fund distributed $15,700 to six nonprofits organizations in 2024.
Eligible applicants will have either community improvement projects, education and youth (no scholarships) or environment.

Tanglewood Baptist Legacy Fund is led by a team consisting of Tom Finney, Owen Menchhofer, Amber May, Kevin Thompson, Holly Wehr, Mindy Greene Barbe and Becky Pohle.
“Together, we are committed to establishing a grant-based fund that harnesses existing resources to support local projects, events, and organizations that reflect our Christian values. We believe that with generous, tax-deductible donations, the Legacy Fund can continue to thrive and expand its influence for many years to come,” Finney said.
