Issued Sunday evening

(SOUTHEAST INDIANA) – A tornado watch has been issued for Southeast Indiana until 1 a.m. Monday morning.
A tornado watch means that tornadoes are possible in an area, and a tornado warning means a tornado has been sighted or indicated by weather radar.
Strong storms are moving into the area this evening and could produce damaging winds, hail, flash flooding and the possibility of tornadoes.
The same line of storms did produce Tornado Warnings in eastern Illinois and western Indiana earlier this afternoon.
While our attention is on Sunday’s weather, forecasters are also looking ahead to Wednesday for another chance of severe weather.
