Tri-State Homesteading Conference set for Nov. 8

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – Franklin County Purdue Extension is inviting community members to the Tri-State Homesteading Conference on November 8.

It will be held at the Boone County Enrichment Center in Burlington, Kentucky. The cost to attend the conference is $40. 

The event will allow attendees to explore a diverse range of homesteading topics. 

There will be several exhibits and presentations including goat care, meadow making, livestock facilities, farm business management, food preservation and butchering basics.

Franklin County ag educator Veronica Bullock will even host a session about beekeeping.
