Trikefest brings three-wheeler enthusiasts to Laurel

Event has taken place for nearly 25 years

(LAUREL, Ind.) – People from all over the country and world have spent the past few days in Franklin County. 

The annual Trikefest attracts three-wheeler enthusiasts to Haspin Acres in Laurel every summer. 

It’s the largest festival of its kind as it celebrates the three-wheelers that stopped being produced due to safety concerns in the 1980’s. 

The three-wheelers hosted a parade through Laurel on Saturday afternoon. 

They also give back to the community by donating to the Laurel Police Department, Laurel Fire Department and the park system in Laurel every year.
