Two wrestlers in hunt for IHSAA state title Friday

UPDATE:
Switzerland County's Klaire Redwine lost her semi-final match and will be wrestling for third place.
Milan's Kayla Roell, who won the state title last year, is still competing for the championship.
ORIGINAL STORY:
(INDIANAPOLIS) – Two local girls wrestlers have advanced into the second round of the IHSAA Girls Wrestling State Finals.
Defending state champion Kayla Roell of Milan defeated a wrestler from Jeffersonville on Friday morning to advance to the next round.
Switzerland County’s Klaire Redwine has also advanced after beating a wrestler from Plainfield.
Franklin County’s Chloe Bills had a hard fought first match but fell to a wrestler from North Posey.
Roell and Redwine will be competing in the 125 pound tournament throughout the day and we will provide updates.
