Versailles business owner reacts to online boycott list

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – The owner of Versailles Farm and Garden responded after his business was named in a boycott list on Saturday.

Rusty Stenger has owned the business since 1999 and says he was shocked to be included in the list.

The boycott list was posted on a Facebook group called ‘Ripley County Indiana Democrats.’

We reached out to the official Ripley County Democrat Party who released the statement:

“Our community is made up of individuals with diverse values and perspectives. We respect each persons right to make their own choices about which businesses they support. We are dedicated to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.”
