Video: Vandals damage cars, homes in Bright

(BRIGHT, Ind.) – Several homeowners in Bright woke up to vandalism on Sunday morning. 

It happened sometime around 4 or 5 a.m. on several streets in Picnic Woods Estates.

Homeowners say garage doors were kicked in and some cars were spray painted with obscenities.
