(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – There is a 9-1-1 outage that is impacting Batesville residents on Monday afternoon. 

The Batesville Police Department says the outage affects Frontier phone customers and there are currently close to 3,000 customers impacted.

“Local emergency teams are aware and ready to respond—please share this information with friends, family, and neighbors who may be affected,” the department said.
