Donating cereal to the Batesville Food Pantry
(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Students at Batesville Intermediate School made a significant contribution to the local food pantry.
They collected 971 cereal boxes in the past week and celebrated by holding a domino chain through the school hallways on Thursday afternoon.
The students then picked up the cereal boxes and loaded them onto a school bus to be taken to the Batesville Food Pantry.
The bus was filled and some students even volunteered to walk the remaining boxes to the food pantry themselves.
