(DENVER) – Batesville Tool & Die (BTD) was recently recognized for its employee healthcare plan at a national conference.
The precision metal stamping company was given the Rosie Award at the RosettaFest at Coors Field in Denver.
BTD was chosen from more than 10,000 employers for their people-first health plan and commitment.
“We believe that great healthcare benefits are both a moral imperative and a competitive advantage. We’re honored to be part of a rapidly growing movement proving what’s possible when you lead with purpose and data.”, said Sonja White, Human Resources Director with Batesville Tool & Die, Inc.
The Rosie Awards celebrate organizations transforming healthcare through smarter, more sustainable benefit design—with better health outcomes creating healthier employees and stronger communities.
“This Award reaffirms BTD’s mission to invest in education, innovation, and the community,” White added.
