Brookville parish hoping to help needy during Thanksgiving

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – St. Michael Parish in Brookville is already making plans to help those in need during the Thanksgiving holiday. 

They are launching a Thanksgiving Meal Care Package program for the less fortunate in Franklin County. 

“The package will consist of non-perishable food items and a certificate to purchase perishable food items,” organizers said.

The information for care packages is due by October 21.
