Car show for Laurel flood victims on September 6

(LAUREL, Ind.) – A car show will be held to support those impacted by the flooding in Laurel.
It will be held on Pearl Street in Laurel near the fire station from 12-4 p.m. on Sunday, September 6.
The car show has been organized by Brandon Stock and all proceeds will go to those who were displaced or had structure damage from the flooding in August.
There is a $15 vehicle entry fee and all vehicles are welcome. It is free entry for the spectators as free-will donations will be accepted.
The car show will also include awards, raffles, a cornhole tournament, live music and catered food.
The Blake Smith Trio will perform music while food will be catered from Hilltop Bar and Grill, Blanco’s Catering, Turtle’s Restaurant, and the Long Branch Tavern.
