Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA tour comes to Bloomington

(BLOOMINGTON, Ind.) – The Turning Point USA tour visited Indiana University on Tuesday night. 

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was scheduled to speak at the event prior to his death. 

A rotating cast of conservative speakers are now filling in Kirk. Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson was the headline speaker on Tuesday. 

Governor Mike Braun and comedian Jobob opened the event before Carlson took the stage. 

Carlson immediately asked for students to step up to the microphone and ask questions.

There were both supporters as well as opponents of Kirk’s beliefs who spoke.
