Will host a car show on October 4

(COLUMBUS, Ind.) – A Columbus North senior has a dream of becoming a police officer.
While being a police officer is a future plan, Jackson Brewer is using his passion now to raise money for the Columbus Police Department.
Brewer is organizing a community car show called “Cars for Cops” on October 4.
The show will offer a wide variety of cars and trucks and there is no entry fee.
He has launched a Go Fund Me in connection with the car show and is hoping to receive donations.
“All proceeds and donations from this event will go directly to the Columbus Police Department to support the men and women who put their lives on the line every day to keep our community safe,” Brewer said.
The Cars for Cops Car Show will take place from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at RLC Truck & Auto Accessories which is located at 4515 Progress Drive in Columbus.
