Dispute between men lead to shots fired in Shelbyville

(SHELBYVILLE, Ind.) – Shelbyville Police are investigating after a dispute between two men led to shots being fired.

The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Van Avenue. 

Investigators say two men had been arguing over a female and the incident escalated when one of the men showed up at the other’s house. 

“During the confrontation, shots were fired from inside the vehicle, and a brick was thrown at the vehicle,” stated Shelbyville Police.
