Allegedly violated a protective order

(SUNMAN, Ind.) – An incident ended peacefully tonight thanks to law enforcement and some of the technology they use.
A man allegedly violated a protective order at a home in the Sunman area.
It prompted a response from Ripley County deputies who say the man fled into nearby woods.
The deputies utilized K-9 Dexter but were unable to find the suspect.
Indiana Conservation Officer Michael Ostendorf was called to assist the deputies.
Ostendorf used a drone, also known as an unmanned aerial vehicle, where they located the suspect unconscious in the woods.
Officers said the man was intoxicated and rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment and recovery.
Nobody was hurt during the incident, they added.
