(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Every Batesville senior earned at least one college credit which resulted in more than $5 million in savings through a partnership with Ivy Tech.
The school corporation said 40 students earned an Associates Degree, 63 students completed the Indiana College Core and 74 earned Technical Certificates.
There were 177 total college credentials awarded and the entire class earned dual credit.
“Through our partnership with Ivy Tech, we’re delivering real value for students and families—removing financial barriers and accelerating student success,” said BCSC Superintendent Paul Ketcham. “It’s a shining example of what happens when we invest our finite dollars in opportunity.”
